Payment & Shipping
If you live in Taiwan or the outlying islands, you can choose Cash on Delivery (COD), debit card, or credit card for payment. However, if you live abroad, you can only use debit card or credit card for payment.
Furthermore, if your order is below $10,000, you will need to pay $100 for shipping. However, if your order exceeds $10,000, you will qualify for free shipping.

ATW Kitchen wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

If the item is a result of man-made sabotage, we cannot assist you in replacing it. However, if the item has a flaw, we will try our best to assist the customer.
